All payments completed through this website, are done through secure third party vendors, PayPal, as well as Square, made possible by Wix. Any personal data accumulated during the payment process, is for verification purposes only, for your safety, and is collected by the vendor, and not by The Tantric Dragoness LLC.

Your sessions are confidential. Nothing you share with The Aligned Empress Coach directly, or that is revealed during a session, will ever be repeated, unless The Aligned Empress Coach is ordered to by court of law, or in the event that it involves a client wanting to harm themselves or others.

The Aligned Empress Coach may occasionally reference a circumstance or event that took place in or out of session, without disclosing the names or any other personal information of the people involved; and include it in ebooks or in videos, for educational purposes only.

Any review you leave on or for The Tantric Dragoness LLC business sites are public and may be shared to promote. The Aligned Empress Coach may ask you for your permission to share a private portrait or private recommendation, which you have every right to decline, or alternatively, ask if your name can be removed before sharing.

The Aligned Empress Coach does not claim to be a licensed therapist or physician. Although she is certified to do certain healing modalities, and her healing sessions are highly effective, it must be stated for legal purposes, that she does not claim to be able to cure anyone of any disorders, diseases, traumas, etc., and that all psychic readings, however intuitively accurate they may be, are legally for entertainment purposes only.

Her coaching services are effective in helping clients empower themselves to magnetize love, abundance, and wealth, however, she make no guarantee on results or earnings as a result of her coaching sessions and programs, online services, courses, rituals, exercises, master classes, eBooks, webinars, or quizzes.

The Aligned Empress Coach, under and owner of The Tantric Dragoness LLC, are not held responsible for the choices a client makes before, during, or after booking with or purchasing products, services or programs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There are no refunds under any circumstance for any products, services, or programs. All sales are final.

If you choose a payment plan option when you book a bundle, masterclass or program, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. If a payment is missed, your access will be suspended until the balance is brought up to date. If your payment plan is cancelled before it is completed, you will lose access to any service, program or course materials.

Once a course or program has been paid in full, you will receive lifetime access to the materials.

If you have one-on-one sessions booked with The Aligned Empress Coach, you can reschedule an appointment one time, as long as you cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Please note, there are no same day appointments. You may not reschedule an appointment more than once.

Additionally, if you don't show up for your appointment, if you are fifteen minutes or more late, if you do not have necessary info or items for your appointment, or if you cancel the same session more than once; you forfeit your payment, and will not a receive a refund. You will have to pay again before you can book the same service.

This website automatically books in each client's time zone. Confusion over time zone differences can still happen, but it is not a valid reason for not showing up for your appointment. Google has time zone differences listed online. You can always double-check with me before the session takes place.

If The Aligned Empress Coach cancels an appointment due to not being able to be present for said appointment, she will reschedule you as soon as possible, and make sure the session takes place at time that works with your schedule.

Once the booking is confirmed, any necessary items that may be required for your appointment, must be provided at least 24 hours before your session.

These items may include, but are not limited to, a recent picture of the person that the service is for, first and last name, email address, city, state, and country of current location, depending on the type of session or emailed service.

Necessary items will be listed in the description of the service, when you go to book said service. Failure to provide necessary items 24 hours before your appointment, will result in cancellation of your appointment, without refund. You will then need to book another appointment, then provide those items.

Digital Product Policy

By purchasing a digital product from The Tantric Dragoness LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Delivery of Digital Products- All digital products are delivered electronically. You will either:

Receive immediate access to download upon completing your purchase, or receive an email with a secure download link within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Non-Physical Items- Digital products are not physical products. Nothing will be shipped to you.

3. Access Issues- If you do not receive access to your digital product within 48 hours, please contact us directly at dragoness_owner@thetantricdragoness.com so we can ensure you receive your purchase promptly.
